Don’t just take our word for it…
I liked that my puppy didn’t have to stay overnight. I also liked that the staff called a couple of days later to make sure everything was going well. When I told them I was concerned about a small lump and a red mark they had me bring her right in to be checked out for free. Of course everything was fine (just a very active puppy) but it was nice to know for sure.
Thank you very much for providing a wonderful service at an affordable price. Gizmo is doing wonderful and never had any problems at all. He healed up terrific and is his wonderful crazy pug self.
I would rate Pets In Stitches a perfect 10 and have already recommended them to several friends.
There is absolutely nothing more I could have asked for in the care of my sweet Pug. Doctor Rastetter and her staff were fabulous and caring from the time of drop off to pick up. They were very efficient, timely, and caring and it really made me feel at ease. The facility was extremely clean and sanitary.
When I came to pick Gizmo up the staff was again friendly and went over all post op instructions and gave me a list of emergency number if I needed anything. I was extremely impressed when they told me that after hour calls were answered by their own staff members. I received all instructions but after I got home I thought of another question and called back and was surprised that Dr. Rastetter herself answered the phone. It was very refreshing to meet such a wonderful and caring doctor. She truly loves animals and worries about the pet population. I greatly appreciate her special services at an affordable price.
I honestly cannot think of anything to improve the service because I was 100% satisfied.
