Don’t just take our word for it…
Pets in Stitches went beyond my expectations. I was a little skeptical at first but I couldn’t be more pleased. Little Dipper recovered perfectly and when I had incision concerns Pets in Stitches responded to my emails very quickly, on a Saturday! Putting my concerns to rest!
I really liked the amount of information that was given to us to be sure that we took the right care of Dip post op. They provided us with great take home info and also great reference pictures online. And again, when we had concerns they were very prompt with their response via email on a Saturday! That speaks volumes when you’re concerned for your fur baby!
I really can’t think of anything that could have been done better. Everything was great!
I really liked the drop off/pick-up times. They were very flexible and convenient for my work schedule. I also liked how they explained the procedure and important things to watch for before leaving. As a nurse I understand the signs of infection and when emergency help is needed but it’s always nice when it’s gone over and you get a chance to ask questions VS handed a paper and expected to figure it out on your own.
I think that they did a fantastic job and I don’t have any complaints.
