Mila is doing GREAT! She seems to have fully recovered & all of her fur has since grown back in. You can’t even tell she had anything done. :-) And she is just as feisty as ever too!

The whole experience was great!

The people at Pets In Stitches were VERY, VERY friendly & VERY helpful throughout the whole process. They were truly concerned about my kitten & were very thorough & helpful with explaining the process before & after surgery. When we came to pick our Mila up, the veterinarian, Dr. Rastetter, brought her out to us & sat down to explain how the surgery went & her concerns. She then explained the recovery process very thoroughly. I knew that I had left Mila in the best care possible & she has since recovered fully & is back to her feisty self.

Honestly, I have no suggestions for improvement. You all were great! Thank you!

Peanuts did just fine! She had very little discomfort and never bothered her stitches in the least. She was up and about as normal almost as soon as we arrived home that day after surgery! he is a very active and happy little girl and continues to be.

I would and have recommended Pets In Stitches because of the professional service and kindness of you, Dr. Rastetter. The facility was very clean and very modern and the reception we received that morning made me quite comfortable to leave Peanut in your care. Obviously you and your assistance love animals and were so gentle and welcoming to Peanut when we came, even though you had never met her! She never even looked back for me when you lovingly took her from me.

The check in was simple and quick and I am enthusiastic about recommending your facility to anyone and everyone!! Thanks for all you do and I hope you are very successful because you deserve to be. Our beloved pets and their loving parents really need such a surgery center to entrust our babies to.

I chose Pets In Stitches based on a recommendation from Diamond Pet Resort and also because it was much cheaper than several vets that I contacted. To say I was a little nervous would be an understatement. I mean to take my best friend to a “Discount Veterinarian” was a scary thought. Now compound this by the fact that my pet had recently undergone a serious hip surgery (was only seven months old and was still recovering from that). I was very nervous and skeptical.

I called to ask some questions and was surprised to find out I was talking to the veterinarian herself. She was very understanding and informative. We talked for a while and I never felt rushed or pressured in any way.(There was NO sales pitch.) She understood my concerns and made me feel much better so I set my appointment. Upon arrival the staff was very friendly and already informed of my pet’s condition. I felt like she was in GOOD HANDS.They called me after her surgery to let me know she was awake and doing well and what time to pick her up, I arrived to find my pet happy and they let me know that they had found and removed a staple left by her previous hip surgery…no extra charge and was extremely happy to also receive a 30 dollar refund because she weighed less than I thought.Now they could have easily not said a thing about that and I would have never known.

When you add all that up…for me at least….I could not recommend anyone MORE. I am here to tell you this is NOT a discount veterinarian!!! I just wish they did regular veterinary care because I would be a lifetime client for sure. Thank you Pets In Stitches!!!!!!

We would definitely recommend Pets in Stitches to anyone. Matter of fact I already have. My sister in law will be bringing in her puppy this summer. Both my husband and I are medical as is my sister in law and all we had to tell her was that we gave your clinic two thumbs up and she was convinced. I think, for the most part, people trust opinions of those that have medical experience because we work in the industry and know what to look for.

We liked your professionalism. Your receptionist was very courteous. She sounded like a genuine pet lover over the phone. She answered all my questions and seemed very informed.

Your clinic was extremely clean and well kept. We really appreciated the care you gave Jett and loved that we could bring him home that afternoon. We appreciated that you yourself, Danielle, gave us the discharge instructions and left no stone unturned. I think your service of emailing daily pictures is a great idea. You can assess the incision on a daily basis and treat any potential problem before anything could get worse.
Your clinic did such a wonderful job for such a reasonable cost and most important our Jett came out from the back wagging his tail. What more could one ask for?

Needless to say we were totally impressed and satisfied. I can’t think of anything that would better our experience.

I really liked how affordable Jade’s procedure was. I liked the convenience of dropping Jade off before work then picking her up after. I loved the reminder phone calls and the phone calls following her procedure.

It was very comforting to know that your employees cared so deeply. They were all very professional yet empathetic and knowledgeable and I liked that. Your company turned what seemed like a very stressful and complicated situation into a simple procedure.

Aurora is doing wonderfully! She’s been adopted to a great family who spoils her. The whole family showed up at their parents’ house to meet her and fell in love. She enjoys nap time on her new daddy’s lap. They’ve renamed her Peaches, but I won’t hold that against them. Every holiday season, the entire family takes their pets to a professional photographer and gets photos of them for x-mas cards, which I insisted on getting. ^_^

I can’t say there was anything I disliked about the experience; except for Aurora letting me pet her for a minute and then hiding over and over when we brought her home that day. She sure didn’t want to go back!

There isn’t anything I can think of to tell you to change. you are all wonderful. and I really appreciate what you do with the VIP clinic at Pet Supplies Plus as well.

I would absolutely recommend Pets and Stitches to anyone! We have had both of our dogs in to be spayed/neutered and both times had wonderful experiences! I cannot get over how affordable their prices are for the surgeries, medications, etc! have owned dogs all of my life and never been to a veterinarian who could offer such reliable and affordable care!

Not only do they open early enough for me to bring in my babies before work, but they also keep them safe and happy until I am off work in the evening at no extra charge!

Their caring staff assisted me with walking my sleepy husky to the car after surgery because she was “”stumbley”” and I am pregnant. They also gave us a follow up call to ensure my Myley was recovering okay after 24 hours!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. You don’t find this kind of customer experience in many places. I was really impressed to get a call a few days later to check on Oreo to make sure he was doing good. It was awesome.

As you can tell from the attached image, Oreo has recovered nicely and is not afraid to show everybody how he looks after his surgery.

My husband and I loved everything about Pets In Stitches. We were really worried about the surgery and researched every vet in the area, not only did you have the best reviews but you were very affordable. Your website and helpful staff answered all of our questions and put us at ease. Offering more than just the standard cone (which, she would’ve hated) and calming pills for the week after the surgery were major perks of Pets In Stitches.

I liked that it was a clean environment and the staff was friendly upon entering the building, and it was affordable. I liked that you offered take home medication as well as additional sedation medication for the active dog or puppy, which we did up having to use a few times. You also did an awesome job cutting his nails!

I was surprised to find it so affordable. That was kind of essential, since my cat was a stray and the service was kind of an unexpected expense for an unexpected addition to my house.

Everyone was friendly and the care he needed following the procedure was pretty clearly explained.

Thanks for being flexible too! I was actually about 15 minutes late dropping him off, the the person I informed on the phone was understanding.
