I’d recommend Pets In Stitches to a friend, in fact I already did! My husband and I loved everything about Pets In Stitches. We were really worried about the surgery and researched every vet in the area, not only did you have the best reviews but you were very affordable. Your website and helpful staff answered all of our questions and put us at ease. Offering more than just the standard cone (which, she would’ve hated) and calming pills for the week after the surgery were major perks of Pets In Stitches. We couldn’t be more pleased. Everything was perfect!

We are very impressed with your facility, staff and the care you provided for Maggie. We would highly recommended you to anyone and give the entire experience a “10”. We were most impressed at how quickly the entire process took as well as the affordability of the services. Our local vet would have been double the cost for us. Our vet even told us that they were glad we took Maggie to you to have her spayed. They said that Pets in Stitches is very reputable, so that cemented to us that we made the right decision. With that being said my rating is a 10 out of 10. I really appreciated the calm, relieving feeling of security I received when I was nervously asking one of the front desk workers if Mia will be ok. I also admired the thoroughness of instructions given for her post surgery care, but mostly I found your concern and efficient customer service obvious and apparent when you called the next day after surgery to ask how my pup was doing! I chose Pets In Stitches based on a recommendation from Diamond Pet Resort and also because it was much cheaper than several vets that I contacted. To say I was a little nervous would be an understatement. I mean to take my best friend to a “Discount Veterinarian” was a scary thought. Now compound this by the fact that my pet had recently undergone a serious hip surgery (was only seven months old and was still recovering from that). I was very nervous and skeptical. I called to ask some questions and was surprised to find out I was talking to the veterinarian herself. She was very understanding and informative. We talked for a while and I never felt rushed or pressured in any way.(There was NO sales pitch.) She understood my concerns and made me feel much better so I set my appointment. Upon arrival the staff was very friendly and already informed of my pet’s condition. I felt like she was in GOOD HANDS.They called me after her surgery to let me know she was awake and doing well and what time to pick her up, I arrived to find my pet happy and they let me know that they had found and removed a staple left by her previous hip surgery…no extra charge and was extremely happy to also receive a 30 dollar refund because she weighed less than I thought.Now they could have easily not said a thing about that and I would have never known. When you add all that up…for me at least….I could not recommend anyone MORE. I am here to tell you this is NOT a discount veterinarian!!! I chose Pets In Stitches because they are a very modern, efficient clinic that specializes in spay and neuter. I was impressed by their equipment, especially anesthesia, and their overall setup. Secondly, my regular veterinarian’s office quoted a price that was double what Pets in Stitches charged. I appreciated that all prices were listed clearly on their web site and that I was not going to be surprised when I got the bill. I was very pleased by the smooth and efficient intake, and the kindness of the staff. The after care instructions were clear and specific. My corgi has recovered beautifully from her spay with zero complications. I recommend Pets In Stitches to everyone, including random strangers with obviously unaltered dogs. ? Thanks again for the great job, your excellent staff, and good prices. It saved us about $250-300 on her spay.

Before I made an appointment with Pets In Stitches, I visited their website and was very impressed by their services and affordable prices. When I called the office, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful so I knew that my dog would be in great care. The veterinarian and veterinary technician seemed very knowledgeable and caring towards my dog so I felt very comfortable leaving her in their care. After the procedure, I was given a thorough explanation of what to expect and how to care for my dog, which was very helpful. I thought it was really thoughtful of the office to call and check on my dog after her operation. They not only called once, but multiple times–I don’t even get that great of service from my doctor. Overall, the facility was nice and the staff was fantastic. Whenever I get another pet that needs to be spayed/neutered, I will definitely go back to Pets In Stitches.
